Moving through the Body
This is a total-body movement exploration. We’ll be engaging in unique, spontaneous movement patterns as we move through each part of our body. The first half of this class is instructional and the later half is open to free flow so that you can honor your own unique practice
What happens when we bring our awareness into the parts of ourselves that are usually starved of our attention and let our bodies move freely?
